Cadastral Survey encompass a range of services including the subdivision, alienation and amalgamation of land, buildings, or developments. The subdivision of land is a crucial legal planning procedure which includes breaking up of an alienated land held under one nal title.

For new developments, the developer must submit the proposed strata plan within three months of the issuance of the certication of super-structure stage. Upon submission of proposed strata plan by the licensed surveyor, The Department Survey and Mapping Malaysia will approve the proposed strata plan. Henceforth, the developer, through its licensed surveyor, is required to submit to the Land Oce the application for the strata title within one month from the date of approval.
